Let’s talk about BODY POSITIVITY!!!💕

Let’s be real; we all have those days or maybe weeks where we don’t really feel proud of our bodies and where we are at. THIS IS NORMAL! However, we CAN do something within ourselves to create a more positive relationship with our bodies.

.

1. Every day, write down or say 3 things you are grateful that your body does for you/ can do.


2. Look at yourself in the mirror and repeat “I am beautiful” X3 every morning and night (even if you don’t believe it that day or feel silly while you’re saying it)


3. Set goals! No matter how big or small... set goals for yourself! For example: hold a plank for three minutes, and day by day add ten more seconds! Reaching these goals will make you feel strong and proud of yourself🥰


4. Do nice things for your body and mind! Ex: a face mask at night! Self-care~

What’s your go-to self-care treatment?⬇️(mine is to just lay down and relax while listening to some instrumental music and treating myself to some Ben & Jerry's)
