Kale has been most commonly used for salad as they are well known for being a superfood. However, there are many who dislike the bitter and rough taste of kale.

So, I will be presenting 4 ways of eating kale without being uncomfortable in the taste buds!

1) Combine it with seasoning.

Just because you want to eat healthily, it's a waste not to season it.

With garlic, kale is 1000 times more delicious. Red pepper flakes are also recommended as well as chili powder or curry powder. You may want to try Kosher salt, which goes well with any ingredients.

2) Eat it in a nutritious, healthy way.

If you want to eat as healthy as possible, minimize the amount of olive oil.

If using a small skillet pan, first fry the garlic in 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil. Put kale in it and add 2-3 teaspoons of water, and it will cook well.

3) Kale chips!

If you want to eat crispy kale chips, spread the cut kale on the top plate, season with salt and pepper, and bake in an oven pre-heated to 200 ° C (392 F) for 6-8 minutes.

When the whole is crispy and the edges of the leaves are slightly brown, you have the healthiest chips. Put it in a closed container and store it at room temperature.

4) The CLASSIC salad

The key to making a delicious kale salad is to massage it. Mysteriously, kale seems to be easier to eat with just a simple "massage".

Add your favorite dressing to the kale leaves that have been removed from the stem and torn into small pieces, season with salt, and mix with your hands. This is called a "massage".

After carefully kneading for about 5 minutes, the kale leaves become soft, the bitterness is mildened, and the finish is appetizing.

The seasoned kale can be placed in a closed container and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The leftovers are delicious whether you want to keep them cold or warm them in a skillet pot.
