New Month, New Beginnings đŸ’ƒđŸ»đŸ“˜đŸ đŸ’™

Happy Wednesday🐛!!!


I've compiled a list of things I want to achieve this month, maybe for the rest of the summer break? This will change depending on how COVID-19 will affect our community, especially for students but anyway, I decided to share my list!

~⭐.⭐.⭐.⭐.⭐~

—> Drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day

—> Get at least 8 hrs (9 if possible) of sleep each night

—> Get out a recipe every week on my blog

—> Stretch every day in the morning after I wake up and after I take a shower

—> Get used to using adobe photoshop & adobe illustrator

Lifetime goals:

—> Workout occasionally

—> Practice my drawing skills

—> Stay away from junk food (being vegan doesn't mean you are healthy since the purpose is to NOT exploit animals ^_^)

—> Drink juices that are ONLY organically made with no GMO

—> "Eat breakfast like a queen, lunch like a princess, and dinner like a pauper."

—> Jumprope for 30 minutes each day. WHY? 30 minutes of jump roping will help you shed 200 calories. The link below explains~
