Happy Wednesdayđ!!!
I've compiled a list of things I want to achieve this month, maybe for the rest of the summer break? This will change depending on how COVID-19 will affect our community, especially for students but anyway, I decided to share my list!
~â.â.â.â.â~
â> Drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day
â> Get at least 8 hrs (9 if possible) of sleep each night
â> Get out a recipe every week on my blog
â> Stretch every day in the morning after I wake up and after I take a shower
â> Get used to using adobe photoshop & adobe illustrator
Lifetime goals:
â> Workout occasionally
â> Practice my drawing skills
â> Stay away from junk food (being vegan doesn't mean you are healthy since the purpose is to NOT exploit animals ^_^)
â> Drink juices that are ONLY organically made with no GMO
â> "Eat breakfast like a queen, lunch like a princess, and dinner like a pauper."
â> Jumprope for 30 minutes each day. WHY? 30 minutes of jump roping will help you shed 200 calories. The link below explains~
